When I first moved to the Wood River Valley, I had had my photo degree for a year or so and was still eeking out a living however best I could: I waited tables, landscaped, chinked log homes, substitute taught, all the while seeking photo gigs. While I had photographed a few friend’s weddings prior to my arrival here, my first consistent work was shooting listed homes and Cindy Ward was one of my first clients. Though architectural photography has slipped from my interest, I was able to have had the great fortune to photograph for Cindy again as her daughter, Crystal, was married on their ranch this past Saturday.
Crystal and Zach are two amazing people. They are both incredibly intelligent, athletic, creative, mellow, and loving. For their wedding, they arranged all aspects either themselves, or, with the help of family & close friends, kept vendors local and used environmentally friendly products. In the end, their planning paid off as their wedding was an amazing celebration!
